Why not start with everything?

Big compliance projects tend to spend their first months on design. By the time anyone sees a real decision, the budget and the patience are both running low.

We start the other way round.

The pilot.

A fixed-fee, eight-week pilot on Third-Party, in one country, credited to year one if you continue. You see Programme in week two.

What we need from you.

A list of suppliers or customers you already have, such as an export from your ERP. A few real tasks to run: a critical supplier due for review, or a new customer you are onboarding. And named people who will make the decisions, because that is how it works.

What you should be able to judge.

By the end, you shouldn't be looking at a demo environment. You should be looking at your own parties and your own decisions.

Ask yourself four things:

  • Did it find gaps we didn't know about?
  • Did the AI stop when it should have?
  • Did the people deciding spend their time on judgment rather than chasing?
  • If someone asked tomorrow, could we show who decided, on what and why?

If the answers are yes, you'll know what to do next. If not, you'll have found that out in eight weeks, at a fixed fee.
