Cookie policy.

This policy explains how True Integrations AB uses cookies and similar technology on proofbacked.com. In short: we use statistics and advertising technology only if you consent. If you reject, neither loads.

1. Your choice

When you first visit you can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and the site works the same either way. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of every page. We ask again after 12 months, or when the services listed here change.

2. What we store without asking

Your cookie choice. We keep your choice and its date in your browser’s local storage under the name pb-consent, for 12 months, so we do not ask on every page. This is strictly necessary to honour your choice and never leaves your browser.

3. Statistics (only with consent)

Plausible Analytics, from Plausible Insights OÜ in Estonia, shows us which pages are visited, where visitors come from and how many click to book a demo. It sets no cookies and gives us aggregate numbers, not information about individual visitors. Plausible processes this for us as our processor. See Plausible’s data policy.

4. Marketing (only with consent)

LinkedIn Insight Tag, from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, lets us measure our LinkedIn campaigns, see aggregate information about the professionals who visit, and show our advertising on LinkedIn to people who have visited this site. It sets cookies and sends LinkedIn your IP address, browser details, the page you are on and an identifier. We see only aggregate reports, not who you are. LinkedIn’s cookies and how long they last are listed in LinkedIn’s cookie table. LinkedIn may transfer data outside the EU; see its privacy policy.

Snitcher shows us which companies visit this site, based on your network connection, and which pages were viewed. To do this it processes your IP address and device details and stores an identifier in cookies and local storage on this site, so that a returning visit can be recognised. We use this to learn about companies, not to identify you as a person. See Snitcher’s privacy policy.

5. Withdrawing consent

Open Cookie settings and switch a category off. We then stop loading that service and remove the cookies and stored identifiers this site can reach. Cookies held on LinkedIn’s own domain can only be removed from your browser settings or from your LinkedIn account; guidance for the major browsers is at aboutcookies.org.

6. Other sites and logs

Fonts, images and video are served from proofbacked.com itself. The booking links open Proton’s calendar at calendar.proton.me in a new tab; any cookies there are set by Proton under its own policy. Our hosting provider may process short-lived server logs (including IP address) to keep the site secure and available. These are not cookies.

7. Legal basis and your rights

Our legal basis for statistics and marketing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the Swedish Electronic Communications Act). More about your rights is in our website privacy notice.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy will always reflect what actually runs. If we add a service we update this page and ask you again before it loads.
