About this website.

This page describes the marketing website and its interactive examples, and how we read the Proofbacked service's product analytics.

Workflow examples

The examples use fictional sources. Your example decision stays in the current page session. The website does not upload documents or submit these example decisions to a server. A downloaded record is saved by your browser to the destination you choose.

Demo requests

To book a demo you use our booking calendar at calendar.proton.me, which opens in a new tab. What you enter there goes to Proton, our calendar provider, and to us so we can arrange the meeting. This website does not collect it.

Statistics and advertising

Only if you consent, this website uses Plausible Analytics for visit statistics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our LinkedIn advertising and show it to people who have visited, and Snitcher to see which companies visit, based on your IP address and device details. For LinkedIn, personal data such as your IP address and an identifier is processed; we and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company are joint controllers for that collection, and LinkedIn may transfer data outside the EU under its own safeguards. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Details are in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To use them, contact us at the address below. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Photography and fonts

Fonts and brand assets are served with this website. The founders’ photograph shows the Proofbacked founders. Other editorial photographs are generated illustrations, not representations of named employees or customers.

The Proofbacked service

In the Proofbacked service we record pseudonymous product events (which pages are used, whether an action worked, errors) and server log lines, to keep the service working and to improve it. Our staff may read them with an AI agent run on their own machine; that agent sends what it reads to its model provider, Anthropic PBC, in the United States. Only pseudonymous events and log lines are sent: no names, email addresses, personal identity numbers, free text or customer content. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The transfer to the United States rests on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c)) in the provider's data processing terms.
