What is Proofbacked?
Two products for supplier risk and security programmes, Third-Party and Programme, on one shared foundation. Your AI colleague prepares the work from your policies, facts, requirements and promises. Your people decide, and every decision becomes a receipt.
Who is it for?
Regulated organisations under DORA and NIS2 that must show how supplier and security decisions were made, and the growing companies that supply them and are asked to prove the same.
What does the AI do?
It reads, compares, drafts and follows up: contracts, supplier answers, frameworks and customer questionnaires. Approving, setting tiers, sealing, signing and sending anything outside Proofbacked are refused to the AI in the product.
Is it for small companies or enterprises?
Both, on one platform. Growing companies start in about a day and answer their customers; enterprises run supplier tiers, mandates and the DORA register across entities. The proof is the same at every size.
Do you offer a vCISO?
Yes. A named security lead from our team, working in the same platform as your programme, from about four hours a week. Talk to us.
Who makes the consequential decision?
A named person with the mandate for it. AI preparation is not an approval, certification or compliance guarantee.
What is a receipt?
A tamper-evident record of a decision: what was decided, by whom in what role, on which evidence and when. Anyone you share it with can verify it without an account. It is evidence, not an audit opinion.
Which regulations and frameworks?
DORA, NIS2 (including Sweden’s Cybersäkerhetslagen), ISO 27001, GDPR, CRA and the AI Act, plus your own policies and your customers’ requirements.
Where is our data?
Proofbacked runs in France. AI inference runs in Sweden.
What happens when evidence is missing or conflicting?
The uncertainty stays visible. A missing source is not automatically a missing control; a conflict needs review rather than an invented resolution.
Are the website examples real product records?
No. They use fictional sources and labelled illustrations. Example decisions stay in the page session.
