NIS2 · Cybersäkerhetslagen
NIS2 and your supply chain.
Handled without a bigger team.
NIS2 asks essential and important entities to take cybersecurity risk-management measures, including supply-chain security, and makes management bodies accountable for approving and overseeing them. Your AI colleague turns the duties into owned controls, checked suppliers and decisions on record. Your management body makes the decisions.
What it asks of you
- 01
Risk-management measures.
Appropriate and proportionate technical, operational and organisational measures, including policies, incident handling and business continuity. (Art. 21)
- 02
Supply-chain security.
Security in the relationships with your direct suppliers and service providers. (Art. 21(2)(d))
- 03
Management accountability.
Management bodies approve the measures, oversee their implementation and can be held liable. (Art. 20)
How Proofbacked helps
- 01
The duties, as owned controls.
The NIS2 pack, including Sweden’s Cybersäkerhetslagen, mapped to the work you already do, with an owner on every control.
- 02
Suppliers checked in proportion.
Critical suppliers get a full review and named decisions. Growing suppliers can answer your questions once and prove it.
- 03
A board that can show oversight.
Approvals by the management body are recorded as receipts, and the board pack shows met, open and missing, never a vanity score.
